Sep 1st, 2021: Don’t forget to sign up at the Pro Shop for the End of the Year Scramble Tournament – Sunday, September 10th. 8am start – year end awards will be presented before the tournament starts.
Aug 15, 2021: Please check in at the window by the entrance to the Pro Shop. Restroom access will be through the side door of the banquet room. Please wear a mask when inside.

July 22, 2021: The Caddy for the Shack fun tournament, rescheduled for this Saturday, 7/24, has been Cancelled. Unfortunately, not enough people could make the new date fit into their busy summer schedules. The NGC Women’s Group sincerely thanks all who supported the Silent Auction; it was a great success!
July 15, 2021: The Caddy for the Shack fun golf Tournament has been rescheduled to July 24th at 4:00pm. There are still spots available. The Silent Auction was completed on July 14th, and winners have been notified.
July 11 ,2021: The course is open. We would also like to remind everyone – tee times are required. Members can reserve 2 days in advance, and non-members 1 day in advance. Please call the pro shop at 338-2270 to reserve your tee time.
July 10, 2021: The course is closed today (Saturday, July 10th), and the Caddy for the Shack Tournament is cancelled. Heavy rains yesterday caused some damage, but we expect to be open on Sunday, July 11th.
July 8, 2021: Don’t forget to stop by the Pro Shop to participate in the Silent Auction for the Caddy for the Shack fun tournament. Bidding will be open until approx 1pm on this Saturday, July 10th. Help fund the new maintenance barn!
June 25, 2021: The next art class is resin on canvas. The class will be Thursday, July 22 at 4pm. Please sign up with payment by Friday, July 15 so the supplies can be ordered. Cost for the class is $42. Call Paula at the Pro Shop to sign up, as spaces are limited.
June 13, 2021: The first Junior Clinic was held on Saturday – there is still room for more junior golfers to join. Call the Pro Shop to sign up (338-2270).
June 10, 2021: Robb Herron will be hosting a clinic for the Ladies – the first lesson will cover the basics of grip, aim, stance, and setup. Clinics will be Thursdays at 5pm, and there will be a $10 fee (includes a glass of wine). Call the Pro Shop at 338-2270.
May 30, 2021: Junior Golf Camp starts Saturday, June 12th. More info on the Blog.
May 27, 2021: Men’s Club Championship Sign Up Reminder – Pro Shop sign up by 5PM Friday, May 28th. That is tomorrow! Matches start next week.
May 26, 2021: Roger Lothrop One Day Member Guest – sign ups are now available for this tournament on June 13th, 1PM start. Sign up at the Pro Shop by 5PM Friday, June 11th, or until the first 32 teams sign up. See more on the Blog.
May 24, 2021: Tee Times – A reminder that tee times are required. Members may reserve a tee time two days in advance, and non-members may reserve one day in advance. Please call the Pro Shop at (207) 338-2270 for tee times.
May 11, 2021: Ranger Update – The Rangers are planning their inaugural tee off for the 2021 season this Thursday. Here is a reminder on sign ups from Mike Marshall:
The Rangers meet every Thursday at noon (subject to other Club events and Holiday schedules). The “gatherings” are open to any and all club members and a GHIN handicap in not required. In order to help Paula schedule tee times we require anyone wanting to play on a specific Thursday to let me know not later than 5:00 PM on the Tuesday immediately before the date of play. May 3rd, 2021: More of our regular events are starting up this month, so check with the Pro Shop if you want to sign up. The Thursday Morning Women’s League is planning to kick off this Thursday, May 6th, weather permitting. Please sign up with the Pro Shop by 5pm on Tuesday. The Rangers are kicking off their Thursday afternoon play on May 13th. Please check the Events Section for more start dates.
April 26th, 2021: Reminder – please complete your membership sign ups by May 1st to qualify for the $100 discount. You can either mail a check, or call the Pro Shop to use a credit card. Also – Don’t forget to check out the Blog updates – the latest has exciting news about a special raffle – Win this Beautiful Quilt.
April 12th, 2021: All systems go for opening day. The course will be open on Thursday, April 15th. Please call the pro shop for a tee time. Masks will be required in the Pro Shop. Robb and Paula are in residence, and Paula reports there will be snacks and drinks available for purchase in the Pro Shop! Robb and crew have mowed the greens, and the course looks fantastic. Check out the blog for a fresh photo, taken today.
April 7th, 2021: Just one more week until opening day!!! As long as the weather cooperates, the course will be open on April 15th. We will announce opening day details next week, after Robb has a chance to check out the course condition. Let’s go golfing!

We have included our planned tournament schedule for 2021, and will update with tournament results as the season progresses. A new feature is the Blog, which will highlight activities at the club.
